I was told they were sending me a replacement bin. I bought the warranty when I bought it, dust bin broke. I went to the company I bought it from and was told it was still under manufacturer warranty. Contacted them via phone, told I have to email in. Sent email, never responded. Called again, told I emailed the wrong email (that I got from their website) Resentthr email, after multiple back and forth proving i actually owned one, they said they would send me a replacement bin. Never came. Went to the site and bought a new one, it came very quickly. Guess you just have to buy replacement parts even when under manufacturer warranty!
