Good quality!
17TRACK is a legitimate package tracking aggregator, not a scam itself, but it is frequently used by fraudulent sellers to facilitate scams. Scammers provide buyers with fake or manipulated tracking numbers that show activity on the 17TRACK platform, even when no item has been shipped or the item is never delivered.
How Scammers Use 17TRACK
Fake Tracking Numbers: Scammers use real but unrelated tracking numbers or generate fake ones that show movement on 17TRACK but are not recognized by official carrier websites (like USPS, FedEx, etc.).
"Delivered" Status Scams: The tracking status on 17TRACK might suddenly update to "delivered," sometimes with an incorrect location, even though the buyer never receives the package. This tactic is used to run down the clock on refund windows from platforms like PayPal or AliExpress, as the seller can point to the "delivered" status as proof of shipment.
Generic Carrier Information: 17TRACK aggregates data, but it might not always specify the final local carrier (e.g., your local postal service), making it difficult for the buyer to verify the package's status through official channels.
Similar Site Names: Scammers may direct users to fake tracking websites with similar names (e.g., "track718.us," "m.17track") to further the deception.
How to Protect Yourself
Verify on Official Carrier Websites: Always take the tracking number provided and enter it directly into the official website of the actual carrier handling the delivery (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post). If the number only works on 17TRACK or similar aggregator sites, be suspicious.
Contact the Seller and Platform Immediately: If the tracking information seems suspicious or the item is marked delivered but not received, immediately contact the seller. If they are unhelpful, open a dispute with the e-commerce platform (e.g., Etsy, AliExpress, eBay) or your payment provider (PayPal, credit card company) to start the refund process.
Read Seller Reviews: Be cautious of "too good to be true" deals, especially from new sellers with few reviews or poor feedback.
Know Your Carrier's Format: Legitimate tracking numbers have specific formats for different carriers (e.g., USPS Priority Mail starts with 92/93/94/95, UPS with 1Z). If the number format is unusual (like starting with ZC for a domestic shipment), it may indicate a cheap, untrackable international shipment or a fake number.

Time is very precious. And these people will waste it.
Customer service are terrible, and kept sending out a battery, and then I learn battery has been delivered (it has not). Both times they didn't ask for my address. I'm suspecting these people are con artists. Go somewhere else! Also, customer service are very flippant. So, you if you go with these people, you will need A LOT of patience.
Vraiment impeccable, s'adapte parfaitement. Merci.
