I’ve tried for a week to obtain a status update on my order from last month. I can’t get any kind of a response from this company. I believe this site is running a scam. I plan to file a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card company and warn others to definitely not order from this site!

Battery Faulty or Not Compatible
It took a really long time to receive this order only for it to not to work. Whenever the unit is in the charging base for more than 30 minutes it starts beeping like crazy and does not work at all. I want my money back.

Battery problem
Reached out to a customer service and they were very responsive and cooperative. After exchanging with couple of emails with pictures , they determined they my unit needs new battery and they going to send me one! Looking forward to my working robot again! :)
