    I haven’t received it yet, on the tracking number it shows since July 29 China post has it. I don’t know when it will arrive…

    I have emailed multiple times and you continue to say it was shipped, but nothing has been delivered. Nor does tracking show delivery. I will no longer be your customer.

    The first time, my vacuum was out of warranty, but they sent me a battery for free, service was so great that I ordered a new battery from them.
