Ever since our first Robot Vacuum pruchase.
We decided to buy OKP K2.
K2 - also fondly named in our family home as "K2D2" after one of the most famous cinematic robots of all time 😂.
After a few years the battery gave up and couldn't be replaced.
However, OKP Support Team was amazing.
They helped us through the steps and even gave us a discount to purchase our next model.
So we now have a K4 and for us it does the job.
Getting up each morning knowing K4D2 has diligently carried out its duties whilst we are asleep.
Saving us the job and time to spend more time with each other as a family.

Can't give you a review, because...I still have NOT received it! I'm starting to suspect I'm being RIPPED off! Doesn't look like it hasn't even left China yet.
